XBRL format
Interactive data files include certain information contained in the Funds' prospectus. The files below are in interactive data format using the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). To view the XBRL files, you will need an XBRL viewer. Information on how to use the viewer is available below the table. Each XBRL file sets forth certain information from the summary section of the prospectus, and any prospectus supplements, for each Fund. Please note that the XBRL file does not include all of the information contained in the Prospectus or Summary Prospectus. Viewing XBRL Files
XBRL files may only be viewed with an Interactive Data Viewer. The SEC provides a viewer for XBRL files, but a few steps are required before viewing.
Step 1
Click on the link listed under the "Prospectus XBRL Files - Raw" and save the .zip file to your desktop.
Step 2
Goto the SEC previewer website and:
- enter the Firsthand Funds CIK number 0000917124,
- upload the .zip file,
- enter the security code in the box as required, and
- click Submit. This will generate a confirmation code.
Step 3
Enter the confirmation code from step 3 on the right hand side of the preview page, enter the security code as indicated, and click Submit.
The prospectus contains more complete information about our Funds, including fees and expenses. Before investing or sending money, please read that Fund's prospectus carefully.
